The X1000 package is the first kit offering the massive Whipple supercharger upgrade coupled with our new SPI port injection kit to eliminate the need for costly DI fuel upgrades and a low side, as well as a camshaft!  You can still add a camshaft if you want that sound, but no longer is it a necessity! This stage 6 package requires a tune, will get you approximately an extra 350 HP!  If you need help with a tune, we offer remote tuning services as well.

X1000 PARTS DESCRIPTION:

• WEAPON-X SuperFlow-2 Carbon Intake:  Our wildly popular stage 2 intake picks up nearly 35 HP and the carbon fiber air bridge also dresses up the engine bay.  Includes powder coated heat shield kit and custom Green USA air filter.

• Nick Williams 103mm Throttle Body:  Nick Williams made 103mm throttle body for Gen 5 LT1 LT4 vehicles with modified inlet.  This is a billet 5 axis CNC milled aluminum throttle body with GM electronics and includes a 103mm blade.  

• Whipple 2.9L LT4 Supercharger with port injection bungs:  With over 28 years of GM twin-screw supercharging experience, Whipple’s team have now engineered the most powerful intercooled twin-screw SC system available today for your supercharged CTS-V or Camaro ZL1 LT4. With 64% more displacement, you can lower supercharger speeds nearly 6000RPM to get the same airflow! Lowering power consumption, temperature and unlocking huge power gains!

• WEAPON-X Griptec Stage 3 Pulley:  GripTec® Micro is a micro ablation machining process. Our micro machining capabilities are near limitless and we apply our technology to give the target component an engineered surface design that optimizes the safest most aggressive gripping force possible. 

• ATI Balancer and WEAPON-X Stage 5 Pulley:  This is the completely Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit for the GM LT4 engine with pulley. The lower balancer is much lighter than the stock unit allowing for less rotational mass robbing your positive displacement blower of less HP per revolution. If you already have our kit installed on your car, you can buy rings separately for a quick and easy change to the boost level.

• WEAPON-X SPI Kit – Secondary Port Injection:  Our secondary port injection kit has it’s own low side solution with a large pump to get fuel from the tank to the engine. This pump ties into the OEM fuel line as well as running up to supply it’s own system. It is fully regulated and has a return, essentially transforming your stock fuel system into a high power capable system. Once the fuel reaches the engine, it ties into our custom billet fuel rails that tuck nicely against the supercharger/manifold, and what is needed fires through the 1300cc injectors and then the fuel returns back to the tank. The system is easily controlled with a proprietary piggy back controller with it’s own software and we offer a base tune file and full support. Installation is made easy with our complete plug and play wiring harness! 

• ARP Head Studs:  ARP Pro Series kits are also available with 12-point nuts, and all kits come complete with hardened parallel washers for an even load distribution and accurate torque readings.

• 2″ Headers and off road X pipe:  Your choice between American Racing, Kooks, and Stainless Works.  All quality made in American systems!

• WEAPON-X Triple X Heat Exchangers:  Three carefully designed and thoroughly tested heat exchangers to cool the boosted LT4 engine.  Even stock boost ZL1s can benefit grealty with 150% MORE fluid than the OEM system.  Calculated fin density, core thickness, internal tubing diameter, and core dimensions all go into making this system the hands down BEST on the market.  

• WEAPON-X 160* Thermostat:  Allow your engine to run cooler so you can push more timing when it’s needed.  This is a direct fit replacement.

• Brisk Silver Spark Plugs:  Brisk Silver Racing Spark Plugs are the best solution for high performance and racing engines. Silver Spark Plugs provide many unique and beneficial characteristics, Silver is taking sparkplug technology to a whole new level, here are many reasons why our Brisk Silver Racing SparkPlugs are beneficial for your engines performance. 

• Magnecor 85kV Spark Plug Wires:  Hi-Performance LT spark plug wires built to our standards, which mean they are built specifically for gen 5 LT engines and have the necessary heat protection for your long tube header installation. Our LT performance spark plug wire sets begin with a heat shielded Magnacor wire. Magnecor’s exclusive 2.5mm high capacity Metallic Inductance EMI Suppressed conductor consists of a stainless steel wire precisely wound at 200 turns per inch over a ferromagnetic core. 

• WEAPON-X Custom Valve Covers:  Powder coated any color including color matched to brake calipers which is popular.  Our billet valve covers are machined in-house and were designed from the OEM GM LT valve cover CAD file, and even reuse the OEM valve cover gaskets.  These include coil brackets to mount them above the valve covers or you can opt to relocate the coils to completely expose the valve covers.  These with the focus on improving the looks and the performance of your PCV system.  We have added ports in the baffling and enlarged the outlet ports for improved airflow.  This reduces the restriction seen by the crank case pressure which can lead to leaking front cam and rear main seals commonly found on higher HP LS and LT engines.  We have been private labeling these for the top LS and LT performance shops across the country and have gotten nothing but rave reviews!

• Elite E2X Catch Can:  Catch cans are imperative on parasitic engines that ingest the PCV oily air back through the motor.  The direct injection removes the fuel that ran through the cylinder head ports, which cleaned the back of the valves on previous LS engines; however, even they needed catch cans to filter that oily air and prevent oil from pooling inside the supercharger and caking and drying inside of the intercooler bricks.
    

• WEAPON-X “X1000” Badges:  Our classy badges are subtle and designed to compliment the car, while sporting your newfound power.  

• WEAPON-X “X1000” Floor Mats:  Standard stitching color is silver with a red X; however, you can customize the colors upon ordering as well.  We know what you’re thinking, your ZL1 has nice mats from the factory, but trust us, we have these private labeled by the best in the industry!  The ultra plush material is three times heavier than standard automotive carpeting.  The multi layer backing and urethane core provides extra cushioning helps insulates against heat and road noise and come standard with factory compatible anchoring devices.

• Amsoil Signature Series Synthetic Oil 5w-30 Oil Kit (10qts):  Develops a strong fluid film that keeps metal surfaces separated while its robust anti-wear additives further reduce wear in metal-to-metal contact regions for maximum engine life. The Sequence IVA Engine Test, which must be passed to meet the industry-standard API SN specification, simulates extended periods of stop-and-go driving. For 100 hours, the test engine cycles between 50 minutes of idling and 10 minutes of elevated rpm – conditions that encourage engine wear. The camshaft is then measured for wear in 84 locations and an average score is determined. We used Signature Series 0W-20, the lightest viscosity in the line, to further increase the severity of the test. AMSOIL Signature Series Synthetic Motor Oil provided 75 percent more engine protection against horsepower loss and wear than required by the industry standard, extending the life of vital components like pistons and cams.

• Amsoil Ea Oil Filter:  Features advanced full-synthetic media that traps and holds a greater amount of small, wear-causing contaminants compared to conventional filters. They provide extended service intervals for increased convenience, while helping reduce engine wear.

• Amsoil Coolant Kit (2 gal):  Independent tests reveal AMSOIL Antifreeze/Coolants greatly surpass standards for metallic corrosion and erosion, achieving nearly perfect scores in ASTM corrosion and erosion testing on cast aluminum cylinder heads, steel, copper, solder, brass and cast iron and aluminum water pumps.

• Professional Installation:  We do everything right from the moment the vehicle arrives at our facility.  It is “checked in” by doing a video walk around and we carefully prep and clean any surfaces needed to apply clear wrap to ensure it leaves in better condition than it arrived.  Our extremely well trained and thorough technicians give your vehicle the “white glove” treatment while it is in our care and we meticulously disassemble and reassemble every component in an organized manner.  Your OEM parts are put on your specific rack while not in use and for longer term builds, those are wrapped as well and stored in our designated on-going build area and you can leave with the OEM take-off parts, or we can recycle them for you as well.

• Customer file:  Details of your X1000 package, Dyno graph, Vehicle inspection notes, Compression Test results, and variance to OEM maintenance schedule based on your package.

• WEAPON-X Warranty Options

(Per Heat Exchanger) The manufacturer is in the process of moving to a bigger facility which has caused delays in manufacturing. They are working their best to resume production to get open orders out as quickly as possible.
