Congrats, you’ve found yourself in the cockpit of a 3rd generation CTS V, is hands down the strongest Cadillac to roll off the showroom floor! This beast of a car comes comes mag ride suspension, Recaros, and even the 650 HP LT4 engine, and can be fully loaded for less than it’s European counterparts! The X750 package is the perfect intro package when you’re ready to modify the boost in your car and free up some airflow.  This stage 2 package requires a tune, will get you approximately an extra 100 HP!  If you need help with a tune, we offer remote tuning services as well.

X750 PARTS DESCRIPTION:

• WEAPON-X SuperFlow-1 Carbon Intake:  Our wildly popular stage 1 intake picks up nearly 35 HP without a tune and the carbon fiber air bridge also dresses up the engine bay.  Includes powder coated heat shield kit and custom Green USA air filter.

• WEAPON-X LT 87mm Ported Throttle Body:  These new ported throttle bodies have picked up as much as 15 HP in our initial testing on the LT1 C7 Corvette back in 2014.  These are all done in house by the our porter and the inlet is smoothed to promote proper transition and reduce the restriction seen by the stepped lip.  You will notice an immediately improved throttle response and we guarantee your satisfaction!  Drive it for a week, if you don’t like it, simply return it.

• WEAPON-X Griptec Upper Pulley – Stage 3:  Our custom spec pulleys have an interchangeable hub and the Griptec technology for the belt to grab instantly allowing no belt slip and boost builds faster and you’re ahead of the normal power curve!  This pulley requires no snout modification, but does need the OEM pulley removed and the new hub pressed on.  If you need help with this, we offer pulley installation in person or via mail and it’s also a great time to consider the snout and or entire supercharger to be ported for approximately 30-40whp depending on the power level.

• WEAPON-X 160* Thermostat:  Allow your engine to run cooler so you can push more timing when it’s needed.  This is a direct fit replacement.

Silver Spark Plugs provide many unique and beneficial characteristics, Silver is taking sparkplug technology to a whole new level, here are many reasons why our Brisk Silver Racing SparkPlugs are beneficial for your engines performance. 

• Magnecor 85kV Spark Plug Wires:  Hi-Performance LT spark plug wires built to our standards, which mean they are built specifically for gen 5 LT engines and have the necessary heat protection for your long tube header installation. Our LT performance spark plug wire sets begin with a heat shielded Magnacor wire. Magnecor’s exclusive 2.5mm high capacity Metallic Inductance EMI Suppressed conductor consists of a stainless steel wire precisely wound at 200 turns per inch over a ferromagnetic core. 

• WEAPON-X Custom Valve Covers:  Powder coated any color including color matched to brake calipers which is popular.  Our billet valve covers are machined in-house and were designed from the OEM GM LT valve cover CAD file, and even reuse the OEM valve cover gaskets.  These include coil brackets to mount them above the valve covers or you can opt to relocate the coils to completely expose the valve covers.  These with the focus on improving the looks and the performance of your PCV system.  We have added ports in the baffling and enlarged the outlet ports for improved airflow.  This reduces the restriction seen by the crank case pressure which can lead to leaking front cam and rear main seals commonly found on higher HP LS and LT engines.  We have been private labeling these for the top LS and LT performance shops across the country and have gotten nothing but rave reviews!

• Elite E2X Catch Can:  Catch cans are imperative on parasitic engines that ingest the PCV oily air back through the motor.  The direct injection removes the fuel that ran through the cylinder head ports, which cleaned the back of the valves on previous LS engines; however, even they needed catch cans to filter that oily air and prevent oil from pooling inside the supercharger and caking and drying inside of the intercooler bricks.  

• WEAPON-X “X750” Badges:  Our classy badges are subtle and designed to compliment the car, while sporting your newfound power.  

• WEAPON-X “X750” Floor Mats:  Standard stitching color is silver with a red X; however, you can customize the colors upon ordering as well.  We know what you’re thinking, your CTS V has nice mats from the factory, but trust us, we have these private labeled by the best in the industry!  The ultra plush material is three times heavier than standard automotive carpeting.  The multi layer backing and urethane core provides extra cushioning helps insulates against heat and road noise and come standard with factory compatible anchoring devices.

• Amsoil Signature Series Synthetic Oil 5w-30 Oil Kit (10qts):  Develops a strong fluid film that keeps metal surfaces separated while its robust anti-wear additives further reduce wear in metal-to-metal contact regions for maximum engine life. The Sequence IVA Engine Test, which must be passed to meet the industry-standard API SN specification, simulates extended periods of stop-and-go driving. For 100 hours, the test engine cycles between 50 minutes of idling and 10 minutes of elevated rpm – conditions that encourage engine wear. The camshaft is then measured for wear in 84 locations and an average score is determined. We used Signature Series 0W-20, the lightest viscosity in the line, to further increase the severity of the test. AMSOIL Signature Series Synthetic Motor Oil provided 75 percent more engine protection against horsepower loss and wear than required by the industry standard, extending the life of vital components like pistons and cams.

• Amsoil Ea Oil Filter:  Features advanced full-synthetic media that traps and holds a greater amount of small, wear-causing contaminants compared to conventional filters. They provide extended service intervals for increased convenience, while helping reduce engine wear.

• Amsoil Coolant Kit (2 gal):  Independent tests reveal AMSOIL Antifreeze/Coolants greatly surpass standards for metallic corrosion and erosion, achieving nearly perfect scores in ASTM corrosion and erosion testing on cast aluminum cylinder heads, steel, copper, solder, brass and cast iron and aluminum water pumps.

• Stainless Works Headers OR Catback Exhaust: This is available as an upgrade to either add headers to the OEM rear mufflers or add a catback system to get rid of the secondary resonators to go to a 3″ exhaust that also gets rid of the massive crimped sections, while retaining the OEM NPP valve technology and adding a lower deeper growl to your LT4 performance machine!

• Professional Installation:  We do everything right from the moment the vehicle arrives at our facility.  It is “checked in” by doing a video walk around and we carefully prep and clean any surfaces needed to apply clear wrap to ensure it leaves in better condition than it arrived.  Our extremely well trained and thorough technicians give your vehicle the “white glove” treatment while it is in our care and we meticulously disassemble and reassemble every component in an organized manner.  Your OEM parts are put on your specific rack while not in use and for longer term builds, those are wrapped as well and stored in our designated on-going build area and you can leave with the OEM take-off parts, or we can recycle them for you as well.
