You can ship your wheels in with the tires and TPMS dismounted and there is approximately a 5 day turn around on them to ship back to you. It is your responsibility to properly package the wheels and insure them for at least $500 per wheel. Any damage claims for wheels are to be handled by the shipper, so the customer as you send them in and us as we return to you.
Or you can choose the easy option and exchange your wheels for a set of our core wheels which have been inspected and we will ship them to your door in the finish you choose, and you can take them and have the tires swapped and return them to us insured for at least $500 per wheel, or we can arrange shipping and deduct this from your core refund. Customers have 14 days to swap their wheels and have the wheels in route to us for a full refund. After this 14 day window, the core refund is reduced monthly by 50% to ensure we keep all of our core wheel sets in use. Core exchange refunds are subject complete inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition. Customers must return the wheel style which they are sending in, no style exchanges from 5 spoke to trident, yet.

Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock can change at any moment. It's possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
The item cannot be in use and must be in the original packaging. It should also be in the original package.
